I do the art direction for the Rage CCG, so spend a great deal of my time browsing through various online art galleries stalking artists.

I'm currently doing the inital layout for the next set. I will probably start sending out requests shortly, with the majority being on their way by the end of February.
If you'd like to submit a portfolio for consideration, see this page. I suggest looking at the art guidelines before submitting a portfolio. Take a look at completed sets before submitting too.
I hate to tell artists "no" when they submit things, but I do turn some down based on lack of artistic maturity. Take a look at the completed sets and compare your work to the work in there. If you don't feel you can produce art on par with the artists currently represented, don't submit a portfolio, I'll turn you down. Take a good hard look at any artwork attributed to "H.C. O'Neill" in the sets. That's consistently our lowest ratest artist. If you don't think you produce better art than that, save yourself the heartbreak, don't submit.
